Job Function:

As the People and Culture Expert, you are responsible for providing the organisation with unparalleled HR advice and guidance. Utilising your expertise, you will leverage your previously gained experience and knowledge to support the People and Culture (P&C) team with various HR processes, policies, and procedures.

This multifaceted role requires you to support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with the Head of P&C. This includes utilising HR data to drive strategic decision-making, aiming to elevate P&C to a higher strategic level.
