**JOB DUTIES**
- Under supervision, support delivery of ocean freight forwarding processes and activities for internal and external customers from Central Java to Jakarta seaport/airport
- from sales for all free hand customers
- Name account customer follow up for FCL on Tom Taylor
- Import free hand follow up for both AFR/OFR
- Create HAWB numbers (for AFR ) and HBL for OFR
- Follow up the booking with Jkt Team for AFR and to DRG shipping lines for OFR
- Create SPK for trucking arrangement SRG-CGK (AFR ), SRG-JKT (OFR )
- Share flights/vessel to customers/CS
- BL/HAWB preparation, follow up docs fiat ( NPE/PEB ) for both AFR/OFR, document original from Jkt ( Inv/FP/PEB/NPE and other supporting docs )
- Follow up vendor payment
- CCM/OI follow up
- Follow up stuffing for OFR
- Monitoring the need from DHL counterpart
- P2P
- Provide administrative support such as gathering operational requirements, arranging customer visits, responding to tariff queries, etc.
