We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join our HR team. Based in Nogales-México, the candidate will be responsible for providing, maintaining, and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company, through the implementation of efficient human resources management programs, as well as ensure compliance with current competition rules and procedures.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead all processes associated with talent management: personnel management, talent development, compensation, welfare, payroll, internal communication, among others.
• Establish and analyze management indicators of your area and formulate strategies according to best practices.
• Manage and coordinate the application of HR rules and procedures.
