The Business Support Manager will be reporting into the Manager of the Process improvement team and will be responsible for all Contact Center and Branch related policies and procedures. In this role the colleague will assist with annual review and approval process along with Document Archival & Retention requirements. As part of the Process Improvement team, you will be responsible for analyzing processes, process mapping and conducting problem solving sessions to attain improvements to customer and colleague experiences or cost reduction. Partner with the project team to ensure procedures are updated as needed based on initiatives.
The candidate will work with all levels within the business-line and key stakeholders throughout the bank to ensure that all business-line support/knowledge tools are updated as processes are changed. Communicates changes to the business-line and ensures understanding.
