Join our esteemed client in the Steel Industry as the JDS-Draughting Manager and lead our dynamic draughting team in Alrode. With a comprehensive CTC of R375K PA, your role involves efficiently producing 2D CAD drawings, managing work allocation, and ensuring precise project execution in line with client specifications. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, creating effective training resources, and contributing to high-quality standards in all draughting activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Produce precise CAD drawings and perform pre-inspections.

Train draughtspeople to client drawing standards.

Assume basic managerial responsibilities, overseeing team performance and work schedules.

Update Bills of Material and participate in design reviews.

Adhere to systems and ISO processes in daily tasks.

Education & Training

Matric with technical drawing and mathematics (Higher Grade).

CAD courses completion considered an advantage.
