The incumbent will be responsible for 3 key performance areas:

Complementary Products

Will be responsible for the oversight of the medical scheme fund(s) within the organization with regard to complementary products design, implementation and monitoring across all areas of the business.

Fund Management

Direct engagement with the client, overall management of the client meetings including the agendas and minutes. Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identify client needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions.

Strategic Management

Working with the Executive team to implement PPSHAs strategic objectives.

Play a multifaceted role in supporting the executive team and contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective communication, organization, and strategic thinking.
