Overview

Terradot is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Scientist with a strong background in Agronomy, Geology, or Earth Sciences to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the operational aspects of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) projects, from feedstock procurement and deployment to monitoring and data collection, ensuring the scientific integrity and success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Feedstock Management:
• Visit mines to sample and assess the quality of feedstock materials.
• Oversee the logistics of feedstock delivery, ensuring timely and efficient transportation to deployment sites.
• Supervise the spreading/deployment of feedstock on agricultural lands, collaborating with subcontracted teams for machinery calibration and operation.

Monitoring and Data Collection:
• Lead the collection of water, soil, and biomass samples, employing subcontracted precision agriculture sampling teams.
