JOB DESCRIPTION

The Electronic Systems Applications Trainee is responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing parts under his/her responsibility for the assigned programs. The Electronic Systems Applications Engineer is also responsible for looking for design improvements to increase quality and cost/weight optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Key interface between the Core Electronic Systems team and the vehicle program teams to ensure all deliverables are met for each program milestone.
• Work with suppliers and Vehicle Architecture engineers to package different ECUs (CIM, DC/AC, HVPO, USB, TRM, AVAS, Horn, BBS, etc.) in the vehicle environment.
• Manage VSEM, Teamcenter, FEDE, JIRA, AIMS, QED, WERS and Control Tech.
• Lead supplier teams to support all builds with parts, CRs, and alerts. Support all program builds, lead vehicle level validation testing, and lead team to resolve issues.
