Job Discription:
1. Responsibility to receive/make comprehensive inbound as well as outbound telemarketing follow call at the designated branch.
2. Responsible for maintained and updating of CRE Register ,Conversion register, prospects register .
3. Should have a precise knowledge about all products.
4. Proper filing of application along with KYC in all Product and customer.
5. Sub Debt Reg, RD and FD. Other Registers to be maintained.
6. Should call to all customers before due date of their interest payment or loan repayment.
7. Should make at least 20 new customers productive telephonic call every day without fail.
8. Contact all customers who have defaulted in daily collection.
