Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Doing effective lobby management i.e. being responsible for to attending walk-in clients at branches
• Extending courteous support to all walk-in customers and educating them about the products & services the company offers
• Accepting & appraising gold jewelers as per company norms
• Ensuring proper KYC verification & valuation
• Ensuring appraisal availability of cash position at the branch/bank and informing the requirements of the manager
• Doing verification of daily cash balance
• Doing effective handling of software i.e. CBS/CRM and ensuring all KYC entries in the same
• Ensuring the following of all procedures & policies as laid down by the organization
• Being responsible for the completion of all accounts-related works in the branch
• Doing maintenance of important formats & documents like gold purchase/vault/key movement/safe custody
• Safeguarding cash, gold, and other valuables in the branch
