Job description

Ø Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Ø Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

Ø Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Ø Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Ø Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Ø Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Ø Create billings for order as per standard discount rate

Ø Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature

Ø A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

Ø You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
