About the Position:
This position is located in Sembach Germany.

Federal employees in Sembach Germany are currently entitled to receive a 30% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This rate is subject to change.
Duties
• Preparing and maintaining five year master plans; selecting and coordinating new facility sites to be within the guidelines of military master plans.
• Executing project management to ensure project remains within budget constraints.
• Directing the planning and construction necessary to support and enhance school facility projects and programs.
• Acting as facilities engineer to manage special projects; developing procedures and programs for use by all Facilities Branch engineers.
• Performing final inspections of construction services.
• Developing and preparing surveys/assessments for assigned area/school.
