CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. The primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Advising to the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations

• Knowledge of Telco and Energy industry

• Knowledge of telecom operations, technology, and equipment

• Knowledge of regulatory environment and the business impact of proposed and adopted regulatory changes

• Knowledge of management and finance principles and practices

• Logistics management experience in telco and energy systems

• Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments
