Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Value Added Services (VAS) Manager at BRIDGE COMMUNICATION PLC located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. As a VAS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of value-added services for our customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the VAS team, identifying new opportunities for service enhancements, and ensuring seamless delivery of VAS to our clients.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in managing value-added services
• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and trends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
