Job Descriptions:
• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Support the Assistant Operation Manager and Team Leader in office projects.
• Oversee the procurement of office and operational supplies.
• Attend weekly meetings, record minutes of meetings, and distribute them along with following up on tasks.
• Be responsible for managing all assigned phone, WhatsApp, and email correspondence.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all hotel amenities and current events.
• Manage various tasks including reporting, scheduling, communication, project coordination, presentations, some purchasing and receiving, printing, and other assigned office duties.
• Adhere to gym policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:
