Responsibilities
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Increase our social media followership and engagement and improve overall presence
• Develop, manage, and oversee the execution of our social media strategies and campaigns across our various social media channels such as Arion X in Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create beautiful, cool, unique copywriting, captions, and content to help drive the brand across its social media feeds
• Manage content calendar and schedule content across our various social media channels
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information for future campaign or marketing efforts
• Managing the beauty creator community at Arion
