Job Description:

The Supply Chain Services Specialist performs remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of standardized Supply Chain processes and plans to business areas as well as transactional activities. Spanning activities such as catalogue administration; data verifications, analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other Supply Chain transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and tools. Typically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager.

Role & Responsibility:

Delivers activities related to end to end Supply Chain processes, performed according to SLAs.

Runs data control processes.

Ensures the completion and accuracy of data submissions.

Maintains process documentation, making recommendations where processes can be enhanced.
