VIP HR GENERALIST WANTED BY NGO IN CENTURION SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED DURATION CONTRACT

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join my client Non Profit organisation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing using Sage VIP software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African labour laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Administer employee benefits, such as medical aid, pension funds, and leave management
• Process payroll using Sage VIP software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
