A) Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for 2 full set of accounts, performing accounting & financial activities. Mining and factory construction.
2. Perform all fiscal reporting activities to the government authorities and agency.
3. Identify and implement strategy for a better cost management, including monthly cash flow forecasting.
4. Advise management and colleagues on decisions related to company's finance.
5. Ensure the flow of the financial operation and the documentation are in efficient and controlled.
6. Monitor and make sure the current tax and financial practice and reports are within compliance.
7. Supervise monthly payroll for 30 employees.
8. Supervise ESG compliance teamwork.
9. Documentation and any ad-hoc duties from time to time.

B) Job Resources
1. Report to Group Credit Controller.
2. Assist by Company Compliance Officer, account assistants and admins.
3. Company Desktop - Autocount, Microsoft Office, UBS Payroll System.
