-Knowledge about instructional design and strong facilitation skills

-Ability to develop curriculums (specifically for English grammar and vocabulary skills, spoken skills) for 6-12 years of kids

-Excellent research, reporting, and organizing skills

-Medium to Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication skills level in English

-Some prior experience/engagement in curriculum and content development.

-Ability to collaborate and open-mindedness to differing points of view
