Produceequipment based on monthly production plan and complete manufacturing as perschedule. Utilize resources (manpower, material, tools) efficiently andoptimally. Ensure that all equipment is assembled as per prescribed qualitystandards. Test each equipment, correct problems identified during testing, andimplement preventive actions to prevent problems from recurring. Document allrelevant data, analyse them to understand opportunities for improvement, andcontinually improve upon processes and procedures. Manage the workforce toensure that they are properly utilized and train them so that they areeffective and productive.
