Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
• Completed a minimum of 6 months of industrial training.
• Possess a positive personality and exceptional communication skills.
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Hotel Management Program.
• Willingness to travel throughout India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all required paperwork is accurately completed.
• Handle phone calls and messages, redirecting calls as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, including documents and spreadsheets.
• Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing.
