Job Purpose: - To handle groups requests from the trade and keep an accurate log of all group/series booking requests and activities - To handle Group/Series/Negospace requests within 24 hours and aim to convert at least 60% into bookings by being pro-active - To process agreed requests through Yield Management Groups system and follow them up - To handle group deposit refunds via BSP and follow-up on group deposit deadlines - Liaise and negotiate with Tour Operators in respect of recovering seats allocated in advance of time limits under contractual agreements - Assist with the handling of relevant administrative functions associated with Inclusive Tour operations and Groups in general, including the maintenance of seat utilisation statistics - As secondary tasks, assist and support Sales Support and Sales Executives in terms of trade enquiries - Build good relationships with all stakeholders and enhance customer satisfaction
