Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ubud for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen and reporting to the corporate executive Chef

Managing the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items, ensure food quality and safety standards, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

• Culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
