They must possess the following:
1. Must have basic kitchen skill set.
2. Should have minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
3. Should be fluent in Hindi or English language.
4. Should be location mobile to be able to move to Goa
5. Should have the right attitude to learn & grow
6. Should demonstrate good ethics at work place.
