Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager / Intern, you will be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, directly influencing our brand's voice and presence across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, analytical, and passionate about social media trends and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Create and curate engaging multimedia content (text, images, and video) while maintaining our brand's voice and aesthetic.
Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews, and respond to comments and DMs to foster a positive community and add value to the user experience.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
