Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls professionally, taking messages and redirecting calls to the appropriate personnel, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry and organizing files
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
