Summary/Job role: Responsible for all HR internal and external issues and to coordinate with all members.

• MSW/MLW or
• MBA in HR or

• Min. 2 to 5 Yr. in relevant field

Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility as an HR, to perform key HR functions.
• To observe and understand, Companys Vision and Mission. Develop goals and objectives in sync, ensuring Organisations Structure, Procedures, Processes and People operate, meeting the requirements.
• To develop and maintain HR manuals, statutory compliances, processes, forms, guidelines etc.
• To organise and conduct interviews and other assessments. Conduct follow-ups and candidate selection with relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of company procedures and processes.
• Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths.
