Job Description :
Working with spreadsheets, ledgers and journals (Data entry). Preparing and following up submission of bills for statutory accounts. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries. Maintaining petty cash transactions. Controlling credit and chasing debt. Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits like bank reconciliation and debtor reconciliation Knowledge of accounting software tally Should have excellent command in Excel.
