Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Preschool Teacher located in Bagalkot. As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a positive learning environment for preschool-aged children. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with lesson planning, preparing materials, supervising activities, and providing individualized support to students.

Qualifications
• Any Degree, Preference will be given to B.Ed and D.Ed , Teacher Training Certified and Early Learning certified.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Basic knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education
• Certification or training in early childhood education is a plus.
