Job Purpose:Pick parts within the Ware-house as per Invoice, Delivery order, Transfer Note or Requisition at the branch level, physically receive parts, check and bin in designated locations.Job Responsibilities:· Reads orders, delivery notes, invoices and other requisitions and picks goods with exact quantities according to relevant documentation.· Sorts and places items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, colour, or product code for appropriate identification· Carries materials and items from receiving area to storage (shelf locations) or other designated areas for safekeeping· Assembles and packs customers orders and places them in pallets or boxes to facilitate timely deliveries· Marks materials using stencil, crayon, or other marking device ensuring proper labeling.· Prepares parcels for mailing as directed ensuring proper packaging.Maintains cleanliness of goods in the storeroom.
