Pyou UK - An International Recruitment Agency is looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of our client, an Italian ready-to-wear fashion house for women.

Location: Parndorf, Designer Outlet.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a pivotal store in France and its day-to-day retail operations along with the store manager;

• Personnel management;

• Providing training to your team;

• Lead the team in an engaging and challenging way to provide excellent service;

• Help achieve and exceed business goals;

• Visual merchandising;

• Store opening and closing;

• Banking;

• Floor plans and rota’s;

• Achieve established KPIs in line with store budgets plus Reporting to the Store Manager.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in the Fashion sector;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to lead a team;

• Passion for human relations and sales;

• Problem-solving skills, curiosity and interest in Fashion.
