The incumbent will be responsible for HVAC field management, overall department goals, KPI’s, and successful completion of all commercial/retail/residential HVAC projects. You will be an integral part of the leadership team delivering successful projects throughout Atlantic Canada. Frequent travel to project areas will be required.

Responsibilities

· Identify and develop the progression of all employees.

· Provide support to all construction team members.

· Resolve escalated customer complaints.

· Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials

· Oversee the scheduling of technicians.

· Oversee projects to ensure quality and margins are met.

· Identify business risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

· 10 years’ experience in HVAC construction

· Team building experience.
