Job Description

The Ethiopia Media Women Association (EMWA) is established in 1999 and re-registered in 2019 as per Article 85 of the CSOs Proclamation No.1113/2019. EMWA is a professional association that aims to empower women in and through the media. It works to build the capacity of its members who are female media professionals and advance gender equality and equity in media. It implements research-based advocacy, resource mobilisation as well as partnership and coordination to attain its vision.
