POSITION OVERVIEW
• Responsible for managing and executing orders for all materials, ensuring inventory accuracy, and evaluating supplier performance.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve procurement and import/export Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure timely delivery of sales orders by working closely with stakeholders and other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement:
• Oversee and manage the procurement function, fostering partnerships with internal colleagues and suppliers to achieve business results.
• Optimize procurement processes and procedures, conduct market analysis, and negotiate prices and contracts.
• Manage purchasing and supplier development, ensuring timely procurement of materials.
• Cultivate relationships with the local community, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Import-Export:
• Manage shipping and logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure customs compliance and manage COO for import/export shipments.
