Candidate Eligibility:
• Degree in computer science or information technology.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Customer-service focus.
• Prior experience working on a Help desk, in IT, or similar technical function
• Ready for fieldwork
• Candidates must have their Laptop and Vehicle

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Visiting our restaurant partners in the field.
• Providing service and customer support during field visits.
• Installing our POS software in their system/device.
• Giving training about our product to our clients.
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions to resolve their queries.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
