We are looking for highly motivated Industrial Engineering Manager for KONE Industrial SpA, based in Pero (MI).

The ideal candidate will join the Engineering&Lean team with the responsibilities for Industrial Engineering.

She/he will lead, evaluate and develop a team of professional Industrial Engineers and technical support staff to ensure that industrial engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.

How You Will Contribute

Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost
• Analyze and develop manufacturing processes to drive and following up manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative and competitive processes.
• Ensure safe and efficient flow, drive process and technology risk assessments.
• Ensure employees have needed training and awareness for safety and environmental aspects and they are following instructions and policies.
