We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to lead the Compliance section of a utility scale renewable energy platform, developing projects across Africa. The role is based in Nairobi.

Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the company’s Ethics and Compliance Programme with:

• Perform regular risk assessments to identify, assess and evaluate compliance risks across the business.

• Adapt and implement compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines for the company’s requirements, including the timely deployment of policies and procedures

• Provide advice to the business regarding day-to-day compliance related matters.

• Prepare the business for monitoring reviews and supporting the implementation of actions and required controls identified as part of the Monitoring, Assurance and Internal Audit reviews.
