Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, aligned with their specific needs and goals.
• Monitor student progress, track data, and make adjustments to IEPs as needed.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.
