Job Description

Our client who is in the logistics industry is looking for an Airfreight Sales Coordinator to join their team;

Responsibilities
• Preparation of pre shipment and post shipment document.
• Handled Air, Sea and Break-bulk Shipment.
• Manage the lead-time of the inquired materials.
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service
• Coordination of Export & Import Shipment.
• Liaising and negotiating with Freight Forwarders, Customs clearance agents, Inland Transportation companies.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times and transportation cost efficiency
• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
• Managing drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports and customs issues
• Create, manage and achieve the logistics department budget
• Oversee the planned maintenance of the vehicles.
