The ideal candidate for this position will possess a keen eye for detail and thrive in an environment that values organisation and structure. Adaptability is key, as the role will entail a variety of tasks and flexible working hours.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Agricultural Diploma / Degree in animal production
• Minimum of 5 years previous pig farm management experience
• Energetic and a positive attitude
• Strong animal husbandry ability
• Proven AI ability
• Computer literate
• Strong administrative background
• Ability to work well within a team

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Customer communication
• Collection, evaluation, and dilution of boar semen
• General farming operations
• General farm maintenance & security
