Visit customers regularly to update their details and maintain strong relationships. - Manage and develop relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to acquire new customers. - Respond promptly and follow up on customer sales inquiries and ensure timely delivery of goods. - Collaborate with the Managing Director to prepare accurate quotations for customers. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights and identify opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. - Deliver presentations of company products at conferences, customer sites, and exhibitions. - Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing industry or a related field.
