Facilitate a smooth transition for all DoD personnel and their families relocating to the Aviano area. The contractor will primarily assist during Newcomer’s Orientation, Benvenuti Welcome Tour, and Italian cultural programs designated to enhance and educate personnel on the Italian lifestyle. This will help to reduce relocation stress and anxiety, enabling all members to settle into their new surroundings and contribute to mission effectiveness. Duties : Newcomer’s Orientation Assistance: Collaborate with the relocation team to organize and facilitate comprehensive Newcomer’s Orientation sessions. Benvenuti Welcome Tour: Lead or support the Benvenuti Welcome Tour, showcasing key areas of interest in the Aviano region.
