My duties

You will manage the R&D team (product development and customer projects)

You will ensure the development of the portfolio in collaboration with external development and prototyping partners

You will work closely with the CEO and be part of the management team

You will keep an eye on the market

My qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering preferable

Experience managing a team between 5 to 15 people

Profound experience in product development in the mechanical engineering industry

Knowledge of kinematics and electronics and automation

Good communication skills in English and French

Experienced in the machine industry
