As a SENIOR OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, you will be responsible for handling the following:

1. Strategic Management and Direction

• Assists the Operations Manager or General Manager in communicating and aligning the strategic direction and objectives of the Operations Department in his/her specific mall assignment.

2. Application of Skills and Capabilities

• Assists in the day-to-day management and administration of operations related functions and processes his/her specific mall building assignment.

• Mall Operations

• Safety, Security, and Sustainability

• Facility Management

• Assists in the daily mall inspections (opening, mid-shift, and closing) to ensure the compliance of merchants, customers, and sub-units in the established mall operating systems and procedures.

• Assists in the implementation of cost savings initiatives and sustainability projects in his/her specific mall building assignment to reduce Direct Operating Expenses (DOEs).
