Tasks

Design, Development and integration of Closure mechanisms and systems - fuel flaps, Latches & Handles, HInges and Drives, Door Modules, Hood Systems & Camera Actuators.

• Concept proposal, Packaging study, Interference check (Exposure to Fuel flap system would be preferred)

• Prototype development

• Kinematic studies and calculations

• VA/VE initiatives

• Ensure quality and timelines of every deliverable in the projects.

• Discussion with cross functional teams (CFT) for incorporating feedback eg, Simulation, Manufacturing, Vehicle integration,

• Change Management

• Supplier management for product development

· Good knowledge of the CAD (NX preferred) and PDM system

Qualifications
