Our client, a restaurant, located in Ikoyi, Lagos is looking to hire a full-time Hostess. As a Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, communicating with guests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your role will involve greeting and seating guests, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Qualifications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in managing reservations and handling customer inquiries
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a welcoming environment
• Proficient in phone etiquette and professional communication
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a mandatory
