Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the confirmation and execution of PMC weekly/monthly plans；
• Supervise production teams to carry out production in accordance with process requirements and work instructions, keep track of quality status and production progress, handle unexpected situations, ensure quality, and deliver on time;
• Responsible for managing the production site, creating a safe production atmosphere, creating a good 5S environment, labor discipline, and strictly regulating employees' work behavior;
