Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shivamogga for an Area Collections Manager. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of collection executives, overseeing the collection process, monitoring and reporting on collection targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Area Collections Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, as well as identifying and implementing strategies to improve collection performance.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving collection targets
