We are looking for a part-time Shop Manager to join our team at SALTED Surf School, a sister company of Surf Lodge SA. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for handling rental surfboards, managing customer requests, making sales, communicating with customers, and planning the day for our surf instructors. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the ocean, experience in sales and customer service, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hand out rental surfboards to customers and ensure they are returned in good condition
• Manage customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Make sales by promoting and selling SALTED Surf School products and services
• Communicate with customers about the surf conditions and provide recommendations for the best time to surf
